The Family Law Group represents clients in divorce proceedings, paternity actions, custody disputes, domestic violence matters, contempt proceedings when court orders are violated, and modification proceedings when circumstances change.

We frequently negotiate and prepare premarital agreements intended to protect family trusts, inheritances, and ownership of closely held businesses in the event of a divorce or death of a spouse.  In addition, where appropriate, we act as mediators working with both parties to achieve a fair resolution to the dispute.
