Carolyn C. Van Tine was elected town moderator in Norfolk, Massachusetts. The town moderator runs the Town Meeting and appoints members to the town’s Advisory Board and Bylaw Committee. She has served on the town’s Advisory Board since last year.

Tips for Negotiating and Drafting Separation Agreements
On March 9, 2010, Carolyn C. Van Tine will speak on a moderated panel, "Tips for Negotiating and Drafting Separation Agreements", at the Boston Bar Association . This seminar will provide mediators and divorce practitioners with the basics and intricacies surrounding the negotiation and drafting of separation agreements and is approved for CLE credit. Such issues as property division, alimony, parenting plans, child support, college costs, same-sex divorce tax issues, and health and life insurance will be discussed.
